The early 1980s Roland GR-300 guitar synthesizer with the Roland G-808 guitar is considered by many to be the best guitar synthesizer systems ever made. The G-808 guitar controls the 6 voice GR-300 analog synthesizer to generate synth sounds, and also has hum-bucker pick-ups that output a more traditional guitar tone. The synthesizer and guitar sounds can be blended to create a truly unique sounds.
