Charles Dunlap Exclusive was born on October 23 1983, in Nashville, Tennessee, where he attended East Literature Magnet High School. After playing trombone in his middle school band, he turned to creating his music career at age 13, when he felt his mother paid to much for studio time. Him and his brother worked cutting lawns to raise money for a VS1680 portable studio. In high school, Dunlap was making beats and rapping along with his brother and best friend. After awhile he turned his full attention into hip hop production. He continued to hone his production skills, and began to utilize online social media platforms such Facebook as Myspace to network with more established rap artists, landing his first placement with J.C. Lotto x Gorilla Zoe and Dj Drama.
