Musical Sampling Midnight: Alto Sax v1.3.0 KONTAKT

Midnight: Alto Sax is a saucy legato sax library for Kontakt, intended for pop, jazz and any genre calling for a bold alto sax.

Also recorded at Warm Studios in Texas, the alto follows in the footsteps of our tenor sax library; offering the same playability and articulations, with a few additions of its own.

Articulations include: slur legato, tongued legato, gliss legato, short bend attack, long bend attack, short bend fall, long bend fall, gliss fall, taper attack & bend ornament.

We’ve also included a few processed presets in addition to the unprocessed Alto Sax Master patch: Hyped (brighter, subtly chorused), Dreams (brighter, wetter reverb), and Nostalgia (mono, lo-fi, subtly distorted).

It works great as a lead solo instrument and is also designed to pair naturally with the tenor.
