Rubicon Ambient Drones & Atmospheres WAV
Collaborating virtually throughout quarantine across Mexico City, New York, and Los Angeles, sound designers Nika Milano, Landon Speers and Julio Cann created a library of environments to be used as backdrops or foregrounds in productions of all genres. Minimal drones and lush, cascading fields of sound comprise the sound palette of Ambient Drones & Atmospheres.
Ranging from hypnotic to therapeutic to unsettling and beyond, this collection features long-form, non-repeating meditations in addition to traditional loops cuts to bar. The textural synthesis, analog oscillations, and ethereal spatialization in this versatile toolkit echo the likes of Ryuichi Sakamoto, Tim Hecker, Delia Derbyshire, and Brian Eno, and are sure to bring depth and a haunting beauty to any production
