Raw beats, reworked breaks, dusty drums, and resampled melodics: 12-Bit Grit returns with an expansive collection of sounds inspired by the golden era of hip-hop and beat production using exclusively 12-Bit hardware aimed at the sampling purists. 12-Bit Grit is an ode to bold, forward-thinking production, drawing influences from various eras and production techniques from the hip-hop scene primed at delivering meticulously crafted and curated loops, one-shots, and Beatmaker kits primed for the modern-day beatmaker.

Expertly crafted and curated – 12-Bit grit was formed from various sessions using the legendary Sound Factory Studio A by focusing on recording raw breaks, and drum hits alongside various raw source material. Reworking the raw material is the highlight of this pack, giving every loop and one-shot a unique approach with proper lo-fi dust and dirt. At the center of the collection, each and every drum hit has been carefully honed and processed, with 12-bit downsampling and cassette deck re-taping aplenty.
