To achieve this authentic and weighty sound, the Fresh Baked Breaks team used a MX70 Reel to Reel tape machine and a Burl b2 bomber for conversion, passing the audio through 60’s preamps, a 70’s analog console, Neve summing, Calrec compression, and class A EQ.
