Vocal Stax: Resampled Soul is a throwback to the Soulful vocal performers of the 60s and 70s, re-processed using a technique popularised in 2000s HipHop by artists such as Kanye West and the Wu -Tang Clan and in more recent times by the likes of Kaytranada, Kendrick Lamar and Savage 21.

The technique includes meticulously re-pitching and re-timing, layering, and arranging the vocal in such a way that can be described as “chipmunk” sounding and lo-fi in quality. This vocal pack takes deep inspiration from this technique which offers interesting textures and full melodies to your tracks. Layered harmony stacks, filtered adlibs, chopped & pitched leads and lofi phrase loops fill this pack, including a selection of spoken word and ad-libbed one shots.
