VOX Women Make Waves Vocal Pack WAV
‘Women Make Waves’ is a one-of-a-kind vocal sample collection. In celebration of International Women’s Month, VOX has proudly partnered with The Creator’s Suite, a company that it’s creative director Abhita Austin started to support women DJs, producers, and audio engineers by providing them with access to education, increased visibility and career opportunities.
For this pack, we enlisted the talents of 31 female identifying and non-binary artists, songwriters, and producers, including 11 from The Creator’s Suite, to contribute their distinct flavour and colourful range of diverse vocal samples with the main goal of sparking creativity in ANY producer. All recorded remotely from across the globe, these sounds not only represent each artist’s unique voice and production style, they symbolise community, unity and empowerment, in the very nature of its collective voice.
This pack has something for everyone including pop vocal hooks, beatboxing, multi-language adlibs, experimental vocal sound FX, catchy vocal synths, resampled soul, electronic chops and drops, vocoders, pitched voices, vocal risers, and much more suitable for every genre.
100% of the proceeds from this pack will be, in the words of Abhita “reinvested into growing and supporting our community of outstanding women in music production. My intention is for it to be a vehicle of inspiration, positive change and gender equity”.
